UNDATED – Taxpayers filing their annual Minnesota Individual Income Tax return for 2020 can take advantage of a grace period due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Minnesota Department of Revenue says taxpayers now have until May 17 to file and make their payments without any penalty or interest.

The grace period does not include individual estimated tax payments.

More information is available on the department’s COVID-19 website.
