St. Joseph Man Pleads Guilty To Having Child Porn

ST. PAUL -- A 28-year-old St. Joseph man plead guilty in federal court yesterday (Tuesday) to having child pornography.

In his plea, Steven Braun admitted that from an unknown date through October 28th, 2008 -- when authorities executed a search warrant -- he possessed images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct on his computer.

Braun faces a maximum potential penalty of 10 years in federal prison.  His sentencing date has not been set.
