St. Cloud School Board Chair Talks Enrollment Numbers and New Tech [AUDIO]

St. Cloud School Board Chairman Al Dahlgren joined me on WJON today.  He discussed the newly released enrollment numbers for the district and why he thinks the enrollment overall is up.  Al also discussed the progress on the new Tech High School building and where they are at with the new District offices building and what might become of old Tech.  Listen to the conversation below.
