St. Cloud Metro Area Gas Prices Dip Below $2
ST. CLOUD - If you're heading out of town this week for the Thanksgiving holiday, today (Monday) is a good day to fill-up on gas. Most St. Cloud metro area gas stations are selling a gallon of regular unleaded for a $1.99.
The last time gas dipped below the $2 mark was back in January.
Nationally, the average price of gasoline plunged 11 cents over the past two weeks, to $2.14 a gallon. Industry analyst Trilby Lundberg says prices may continue to go down into December.
The current gas price is 70 cents per gallon under its year-ago point.
