ST. CLOUD - It's expected that a $500 million bonding bill will be part of the deal struck between Governor Mark Dayton and Republican Legislative Leaders.

St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis says he expects St. Cloud to get some of that money for the Civic Center parking ramp.  He says he's been told the project is first in line for next year's bonding bill, so if that's the case it should be including in the bill for this year.

The parking ramp would be built in the parking lot area right behind the Mexican Village.

State Representative King Banaian of St. Cloud says he'll push that project to be in the bonding.  Banaian says he also wants money for the planned new Science Building at St. Cloud State University in the bonding bill.
