Spaghetti Benefit Dinner To Be Held For Alyssa Lommel [AUDIO]
ST. CLOUD -- A spaghetti benefit dinner is being held for Alyssa Lommel on Sunday, January 5th.
Lommel is a University of Minnesota-Duluth student who suffered severe hypothermia after being outside of a neighbors house for nine hours.
From 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. you can participate in a silent auction and meat raffle at the Blue Line South in St. Cloud.
Esther Widor is an organizer of the event. She says you also have a chance to bid on a $1,500 trip to Las Vegas.
Widor says some of Lommel's friends from college will also be at the benefit selling t-shirts.
Lommel's condition changed last week from critical to serious. According to her Caringbridge page she's breathing without the help of a ventilator.
