The City of Princeton is about to land another restaurant, and this one serves up butterburgers. Culvers will be coming to town, and it's scheduled to be open by December. The restaurant will be located on 19th Ave N, not far from Walmart.

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (paywall) wrote about the franchise coming to Princeton. The Business Journal wrote:

Currently, Culver's has no locations in the area, as the closest one is nearly 20 miles east in Cambridge. Roseville-based construction firm Tareen Development Partners will start the build of the restaurant Monday. It will have dine-in seating, a drive-thru and take-out. It is slated to open in December.

The franchise owners, who run the Culvers in Albertville went on to tell the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal that

"We're excited to bring Culver's warm hospitality and high-quality meals and treats to Princeton," said local franchise owner Taylor VanHoutan. VanHoutan is opening the Princeton location with her business partners Deanna Wesley and Anthony Gustafson. VanHoutan and Wesley currently own and operate another Culver’s in Albertville.

Once the walls go up, construction will ramp up, especially with the hope to open in December.

Are you a butterburger fan? I really love their concrete mixer frozen custard options.

In June the franchise, based in Wisconsin, celebrated 40 years in business. Culvers has more than 970 restaurants in 26 states, and there doesn't seem to be any slowing them down.
