ST. CLOUD - Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura was in St. Cloud for a book signing tonight.

Ventura visited Barnes and Noble to promote his new book "They Killed Our President: 63 Facts That Prove a Conspiracy to Kill JFK." Hundreds lined up for an opportunity to see the former governor.

Today marks the 50th anniversary of the JFK assassination.

Prior to the book signing, Ventura gave a speech on the book and his views on the JFK conspiracy. Ventura says he's been studying the JFK murder conspiracy for over 25 years.

"Studying the murder of our president is very much I found like a jigsaw puzzle, Ventura says. "Like any jigsaw puzzle you can put enough pieces together, where you get a pretty darn good idea of what the jigsaw puzzle is."

Jesse says in his book that he believes Lee Harvey Oswald wasn't responsible for the killing of JFK.

"Who didn't do it in my opinion was Lee Harvey Oswald, he couldn't make the shots and nothing adds up correctly," Ventura says.

Ventura has focused a great deal of his post-public service career on examining government conspiracy theories. He's also the author of "I Ain't Got Time To Bleed: Reworking the Body Politic from the Bottom up" and "American Conspiracies: Lies, Lies, and More Dirty Lies that the Government Tells Us."
