Gas Prices Fall Below $3 A Gallon In St. Cloud
ST. CLOUD - Drivers in the St. Cloud metro area are waking up to a little treat this Halloween morning.
Gas prices have dropped below $3 a gallon.
Most are stations are charging $2.99 for a gallon of regular unleaded.
