Duluth, Hermantown Residents Asked to Conserve Water

DULUTH - Residents in Duluth and Hermantown are being asked to conserve water after a water main break.

The main connects to the Arlington Avenue reservoir, which supplies water to the Duluth Heights, Miller Hill and Hermantown areas.

City workers are fixing the problem and water service isn't disrupted.

But officials are asking residents to watch their water use through Saturday morning to ensure there's enough supply, and to allow the reservoir to refill to its capacity.
