Downtown St. Cloud Hotel Sold

ST. CLOUD -- A downtown St. Cloud hotel has been sold.

The Le St. Germain Hotel at 404 St. Germain Street was sold to St. Cloud Downtown Hotel LLC for $6.2-million. It will become a Courtyard Suites by Marriott.

According to city documents, the Graves Hospitality Corporation sold the property on September 24th. The C-E-O of Graves Hospitality is Jim Graves, a St. Cloud native and former candidate for 6th District Congress.

A liquor license application for the new Courtyard Suites by Marriott goes before the St. Cloud City Council Monday night.
