OPOLE -- It's day two of the strike at Polar Tank Corporation.

Workers are picketing over what they say are cuts to wages and benefits.

Polar Tank spokesman Tim Kelly could not say what the status is on negotiations other than to say the company believes it has offered a fair compensation package.

Kelly says the plant is operating in a limited capacity with some non-strike employees and office staff helping in the assembly plant.
