ST. CLOUD -- If you travel along I-94 west of St. Cloud you should expect delays next week.

Crews will be stringing power lines and doing prep work as part of the CAPX-2020 project.

There will be delays from Monday through Wednesday next week.

Both directions of I-94 will be reduced to a single lane between Highway 23 and County Road 2 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

Rolling roadblocks will take place Wednesday, reducing speeds to about 15-25 miles per hour. Also on Wednesday, the ramp from Highway 23 to westbound I-94 will close intermittently fro up to 15 minutes at a time.

You are asked to slow down and be prepared to stop.
