ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A former Visitation tennis coach charged with having sex with a student has been sent to jail on $1 million bail, for allegedly continuing to ignore court orders to have no contact with the 17-year-old victim.

Ramsey County District Judge Diane Alshouse reportedly called Daniel Erik Hubbard Wilson's actions "reprehensible" on Friday and said the 27-year-old was acting like a stalker.

Wilson was recently arrested after allegedly accessing the girl's Gmail and Yahoo accounts, then leaving messages in her drafts folder.

This was the third time Wilson has faced felony charges for allegedly violating a restraining order in the case.

The original charges allege Wilson sexually assaulted the girl multiple times at his home.

His attorney, Eric Olson, argued the $1 million was excessive.
