Todd County Crash Causes Power Outage

LONG PRAIRIE - Two vehicles were involved in a crash in Todd County. The Sheriff's Office says it happened at the intersection of County Roads 1 and 14 at about 10:15 a.m. yesterday (Sunday).

A truck driven by Mike VanHeel was heading south when it went through the intersection and struck an SUV driven by Brian Tolifson. VanHeel's truck struck a power pole, creating a power outage in the area.

No one was hurt.

VanHeel was cited for causing the crash.
