Man Accused of Pointing Gun at Crowd, Making Threats

ST. CLOUD — A 30-year-old St. Cloud man was jailed Thursday night after police say he pointed a gun at other people and threatened them.

Police were called to the 800 block of 12th Avenue North just before 8:00 p.m. Officers arrested Ockmann Brown III on charges of second degree assault, terroristic threats, false imprisonment and 5th degree assault.

No one was hurt.

Meanwhile, during the investigation police discovered that 49-year-old Keith Le Blanc of St. Cloud is a felon who was in possession of a handgun. Le Blanc was not directly involved in the incident but will be charged as being a felon in possession of a firearm.
