CONCRETE HOME

Can you imagine having a home built completely out of concrete walls? What I mean is, concrete walls on the inside and outside of your home? How about building those walls in less than 24 hours? If you're talking about strength, I'd say, 'Watch out tornado. You'll never be able to blow this house down!"

BUILDING A CONCRETE HOME IN ONE DAY

A man named Benjamin Dalsing has a video up on YouTube talking about building his home. You can watch the video as this crane and these men, work together to drop each inside and outer concert wall in place. we have the first panel.

Benjamin says that the concrete walls of this home were delivered to the site standing vertically. Then, a crane lifted them off the pallet and lowered them into place, while workers on the ground ensured that everything was in its exact location.

You can see them placing both outdoor and indoor concrete structures. Then, the workers move on to the garage, and after that, the roof is made of concrete and lowered into place. According to Benjamin, the roof panels overhang the wall by two feet.

HOW MANY PIECES DID IT TAKE TO BUILD THIS CONCRETE HOME?

Benjamin states that seven total pieces make up the roof of the concrete house.

The house was being built on October 30th, 2024 and by 6 pm, they had finished setting the last piece. In total, the pre-cast concrete house had 11 wall panels and seven roof panels, and since they started working on this job at 8:30 am and had it finished by 6 pm, I'd definitely say they saved some time here building with concrete.

WOULD YOU LIVE HERE?

I'm hoping to see what the inside and outside of this home look like once it's completed and to find out how long it took them to complete everything else. Would you be interested in living in a home completely built out of concrete? Maybe!
