Top-seeded Minneapolis Washburn came from down 6 in the 2nd half to beat Rocori 52-49 in the Class 3A state tournament quarterfinals at Williams Arena Wednesday morning.  Rocori and Washburn were tied at 24 at halftime and Rocori led for much of the 2nd half.  Mac Mueller led Rocori with 18 points and Sam Moriarty added 12 points for the Spartans.

The Spartan's season ends with a record of 18-12.  The career of head coach Bob Brink came to an end as well Wednesday with the loss.  Brink coached boys basketball at Rocori for 42 years and brought them to 13 state tournaments including this season.
