This year for Valentine's Day consider sending a card to a veteran. Once again this year, the St. Cloud VA Health Care System is accepting Valentine's cards and letters on behalf of local veterans.

Today on 2-Cent Tuesday topics that were discussed include, should holidays like Valentines Day be celebrated in public schools. This topic comes up after a school in St. Paul decided not to acknowledge all holidays.

Last week we told you about students at a St. Paul elementary school who won't be exchanging valentines or candy this year. Locally, St. Cloud area schools still allow students to exchange cards on Valentine's Day. However, District spokeswoman Tami DeLand says the card giving is not focused on the holiday in an effort to include students of all cultures.

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, the busiest day of the year for St. Cloud Floral - but they're ready for it.
