The Minnesota Vikings signed free agent CFL receiver Emmanuel Arceneaux to a 3-year contract Monday. The 6'2 215 pound receiver caught 130 passes for 1,972 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2 seasons for the B.C. Lions. He was undrafted out of Alcorn State in 2009. The Vikings beat out 5 other teams for Arceneaux's services.
