Highway 23 Expansion Project Resumes Next Week
The Highway 23 expansion project between St. Cloud and Foley will resume next week. A detour will be in place via Highway 95 and Highway 25.

Highway 23 Expansion Project Ready To Go
Work could begin as soon as tomorrow on the four-lane expansion of Highway 23 between St. Cloud and Foley. The project was slated to start July 1st but Project Supervisor Rick Beckes says they had to wait to get contract approval. And, with the government shutdown those contracts sat idle.
