Teen Charged In Shooting That Paralyzed Minnesota Girl
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- A 19-year-old woman is accused of being the driver in a shooting that left a 12-year-old Minneapolis girl partially paralyzed.
Casey Michelle Walters of Lowell, Ind.., is charged with first-degree assault and drive-by shooting, both felonies.
