Police are investigating a break-in at a south St. Cloud home early this morning. Officers were called to the 1500 block of 8th Street South at about 2:20 a.m. Two residents told police someone forced their way into the home while it was unoccupied and took several electronics and a knife.

Police arrested a 22-year-old St. Cloud man after a burglary and assault at a south St. Cloud home Monday night. Police say William Brim entered an unlocked door in the 800 block of 4th Street South at about 7:45 p.m. and demanded money from two homeowners. The victims, who didn't know Brim, were assaulted before Brim stole cash and fled.

Thieves got away with a large screen TV, a computer, and a car --while the residents were home. St. Cloud police were called to the 700 block of 17th Avenue South yesterday (Thursday) afternoon.

St. Cloud police responded to an alarm in the 500 block of Apollo Avenue Northeast. The incident happened early this (Friday) morning just before 4:00 a.m.

The Benton County Sheriff is asking for your help as they search for a man who tried to break into a church. The incident happened at about 9:00 p.m. last Thursday at the St. John's Catholic Church in Foley.

Electronics were taken from a South St. Cloud home. Officers were called to the 1100 block of 7th Avenue South just after 10:00 p.m. last (Friday) night.

Police were called to Python Recycling on 4 1/2 Street Northeast at 5:40 a.m. yesterday (Wednesday). It's believed an outside door was left unlocked.

Police responded to a call last Thursday of a masked man trying to break into a house in St. Cloud.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Department is investigating a burglary in Maine Prairie Township. Jewelry and a small amount of cash were taken.

St. Cloud police are investigating another burglary in South St. Cloud. Someone had gotten into the home through an unlocked front door and took a Playstation 3 and a bottle of alcohol.
