Authorities are looking for the driver of a car that was caught at the scene of a burglary and led a sheriff's deputy on a high speed chase Wednesday. Sherburne County Sheriff's officials say the deputy responded to a burglary alarm in Clear Lake Township at about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

A 29-year-old St. Cloud man is in jail after he allegedly tried to break into a northeast St. Cloud apartment. Officers were called to the 100 block of 4th Avenue Northeast at about 11:15 p.m. last (Monday) night.

A 33-year-old man is behind bars today (Thursday) after police say he stole food and tobacco from a convenience store. Officers responded to an alarm at 1:30 a.m. this morning at the SuperAmerica on 15th Avenue Southeast.

A barking dog alerted a homeowner of an intruder. St. Cloud police were called to the 300 block of 2nd Avenue Northeast at about 9:00 p.m. last (Tuesday) night.

Electronics stolen from a South St. Cloud home. St. Cloud police were called to the 800 block of 8th Street South on Monday afternoon.

Jewelry and a safe were stolen from a north St. Cloud home. Officers were called to the 800 block of 37th Avenue North just after 4:00 p.m. yesterday (Wednesday).

Police say a specialized bike has been stolen in North St. Cloud. Officers were called to the 1200 block of 13th Street North at about 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

A Benton County Sheriff's deputy interrupted what appeared to be a burglary in progress early Saturday morning. The deputy was on routine patrol at about 3:00 a.m. when he noticed two men dressed in black at Aspen Storage in northeast Sauk Rapids.

Sartell Police arrested an 18-year-old man after a burglary early this morning. Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress on Perimeter Drive.
