James J. Moline, age 82, St. Cloud, MN died Saturday, February 20, 2016 from complications related to cancer at the St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN.

A former St. Cloud police chief has died. James Moline died of cancer at the age of 82 on Saturday. He joined the St. Cloud police department in 1957 as a patrol officer, serving over 39 years.
