Got a teenager who doesn't know what he/she will do after high school? Have them put those sandbox skills to use and learn a trade!

The Construction Careers Foundation is accepting applications for the 2025 Minnesota Trades Academy.

The teens get to see firsthand what it's like to work as a carpenter, a laborer, even an operator. They even get to test drive (under supervision!) some heavy equipment.

Twin Cities-area companies participate in the academy to let teens know about trade opportunities. The best part? This academy/internship is PAID.

Learning a trade is a great way to get a good-paying job right out of high school. Did you work a trade as a teenager?

Apply for the 2025 Minnesota Trades Academy here.
