For those that live in the Randall area, there is a 'new' restaurant in town, as the old muni now has new owners and a new name. The new spot where you can pull up a stool and have an ice-cold beverage is Shady's Bar & Grill.

Personally, it's great to see people invest in communities like Randall, as no community should go without some sort of hometown place to eat, that isn't a fast food joint. It makes our many small towns here in Central Minnesota that much more special.

I learned of the news from a social media post from the Morrison County Record. According to the paper, the new owners saw the hole in the community that was left behind when the closure of Stone Hill Bar and Grill due to a fire in 2023.

If you head up to Shady's Bar & Grill the Morrison County Record wrote that visitors should know that "as the kitchen becomes operational, the owners plan to gradually expand the menu" on top of looking to "explore additional events and schedule changes to cater to the community’s needs."

The bar and grill is located where the Randall Muni was, 510 Pacific Ave in Randall.

FYI, A quick search of social media didn't pull up a direct match for Shady's Bar & Grill in Randall, so I can't share their social media information.
