Election Results: Foley Elects a New Mayor

FOLEY - Foley has a new mayor. Gerard Bettendorf has won a three-way race for the job. He finished with 44 percent of the vote, beating out Leslie LeCuyer and the incumbent Mayor Dave Mosford - who came in third.

Meanwhile, in the six-person race for Foley city council, Jeff Gondeck was the top vote getter with 22 percent, and incumbent Brian Weis won re-election with 20 percent of the vote.
