The Minnesota Wild's Cinderella season came to a close Thursday night with a 4-3 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks at Xcel Energy Center. The Wild never led in the series, which Chicago swept 4-0.

Matt Dumba cut the lead in half with a power play goal early in the third period, making the score 2-1. However, that was all the offense the Wild could muster.

Game five is scheduled for Friday night at 8:30 PM in St. Louis. The game can be heard on AM 1390 The Fan beginning with the pregame show at 8:15.

The Wild did not take a penalty in the entire game, while the Blues tallied 16 minutes in the penalty box, including Steve Ott picking up his second game misconduct of the series late in the third period.

The Blues took 18 minutes of penalties as opposed to Minnesota's 4, and the Wild scored a power play goal while keeping St. Louis scoreless on special teams.

The Wild are now on an 11-game road winning streak, which will be put to the test Thursday night when they take on the Predators in Nashville (7 PM, AM 1390).

The Wild now hit the road for a trio of games to close out the regular season, beginning Tuesday in Chicago (7:15, WJON).

Monday night the Wild host the Jets at Xcel Energy Center (7 PM, WJON) in the last regular season home game for Minnesota of the season. The Wild can clinch a playoff spot with a win and Los Angeles loss. A regulation loss would cut the Jets' deficit to just two points. The Kings are at Vancouver Monday.
