As the Minneapolis School District continues to deal with the teacher strike, the Sartell-St. Stephen school district won't find themselves in a similar situation.
The Sartell-Stephen school district is hosting several community forums for its upcoming $105.8 million referendum on May 24th. Attendees will hear from superintendent Jeff Schwiebert, school board members and administration about the components of the facility plan and how referendum money will be spent.
This is a big week for the Sartell-St. Stephen school district, as they search for their next superintendent. The school board is meeting at 5:00 p.m. tonight (Monday) with the search firm School Exec Connect to go over the list of applicants.
The Sartell-St. Stephen School Board held their organizational meeting this evening (Tuesday). Their first priority was to elect an new chair for 2014.
