Excessive Heat Warning Extended Through Thursday

The Excessive Heat Warning will now be in effect until 10:00 p.m. on Thursday. Highs will range from 95 to 100, and dew points will be in the lower 70s. This will result in afternoon heat index values ranging from 100 to 110 through Thursday.

Heat Advisory Posted Today for Southern Half of Minnesota

Heat Advisory from noon until 10:00 p.m. today. Highs today will vary from 92 to 97, and dew points will be in the lower 70s. This will result in the heat index values from 100 to 108 across much of central and southern Minnesota.
