Man Convicted Of Sexual Assault Gets Probation
A Minnesota man convicted of entering a locked house and sexually assaulting a woman who was sleeping has been sentenced to home monitoring and probation. Winona County Judge Mary Leahy says she departed from sentencing guidelines because Joel Meyer Epstein is amenable to probation.
