A caregiver at a Sauk Rapids group home has been charged with sexually abusing two clients who were in his care. Fifty-eight-year-old Patrick Jansen of St. Cloud is charged with two counts each of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct and 4th degree criminal sexual conduct.
