Veteran Minnesota Vikings fans who remember the days when the team played all of their home games outdoors are warning their younger comrades to make sure they have the right warm-weather gear for Monday night's game against Chicago at TCF Bank Stadium.

The University of Minnesota says the response to a call for shovelers at TCF Stadium has been overwhelming. The university promised between $9 and $10 an hour to remove snow from seating areas, concourses and the playing field.

A Minnesota Vikings executive says next Monday night's game against the Chicago Bears will definitely be played at the University of Minnesota's TCF Bank Stadium.
