Talahi has their interim Principal, Nikki Hansen was appointed to the role by Superintendent Willie Jett Thursday.

Due to a medical procedure that will require a long recovery period, Madison Elementary Principal Jean Clark has resigned. St. Cloud Area School District Superintendent Willie Jett says Talahi Community School Principal, Kate Flynn will take over as Madison's new principal.

A school and a non-profit in St. Cloud are getting a grant from the Minnesota Vikings and U.S. Bank. The 'U.S. Bank Places to Play" grants have been awarded to Talahi Community School and Catholic Charities.

Robots and music education don’t sound like two things that go together...but that’s exactly the case at Talahi Community School. Kindergarten and 1st grade students have been using a robot in class to compose music and play it in class.

Talahi students had a chance to get outside last week for some hands on learning by flying drones and planting trees around the school. Students helped with digging holes, watering and carrying the mulch for the trees. Sam Court is the STEM Integrationist at Talahi Community School, he says it was great to see students having fun with a hands-on experience.
