People from all walks of life are gathering for a night of celebration tomorrow in Sauk Rapids. It's the 2nd annual "Sauk Rapids-Rice Celebrate! A Community of Generations and Nations." They're offering food from local ethnic restaurants, music and dance performances, and mini-language lessons in Norwegian, Chinese and Somali.
