Sartell Library

The Sartell City Council narrowly approved a resolution to enter contract negotiations with the Great River Regional Library System for its community library. The council voted 3-2 to negotiate a deal which would be a Local Material Delivery/Return service model to pick up and drop off library books.

The pursuit of a Great River Regional Library branch in Sartell has come to a standstill, at least for the immediate future. Talks between the Sartell City Council and the Great River Regional Library board have not been going as hoped as plans for the proposed community center began to take shape.
