Law enforcement agencies statewide will step-up their enforcement of the Ted Foss Move Over law tomorrow (Wednesday). To date in 2011, The State Patrol has cited 728 motorists for Move over violations, while 23 trooper vehicles have been hit and nine troopers have been injured.

The Minnesota State Patrol is urging drivers to use caution, after eight troopers have been struck by vehicles on state roads in the past three days. One of the incidents happened on Interstate 94 near St. Cloud.
