Psych Exam Ordered for Man Accused of Killing Father
A man accused of fatally shooting his father in Fergus Falls has been ordered to have a psychological exam. Twenty-eight-year-old Dustin Defiel is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 56-year-old Rick Defiel.
