Duluth police say the severe burns suffered by a woman found on fire last week were self-inflicted.

Don't be alarmed if you see large plumes of smoke from Camp Ripley this spring. To reduce the risk of wildfire, the Army post will be starting it's annual round of controlled burns before the summer training season.
