A Mexican restaurant that opened a Waite Park location just a few months ago is doing so well they've already had to expand. Anejos Restaurant has more than doubled their space in Waite Park, going from about 2,700 square feet to over 6,000.

A popular Sartell Mexican restaurant is adding a second location. Anejos Restaurant will open and new Waite Park restaurant at 234 Second Avenue South, next to Friends Bar and Grill.
