Country Manor Foundation Presents the 1st Annual Hunt to Remember

For 50 years, Country Manor has been helping families experiencing memory loss, including Alzheimer's, Dementia, and advanced aging; we understand the importance of offering quality programming and providing first-class care to those seeking comfort and support during this difficult time.

This fall, we will gather at Sand Pine Pheasants, Avon, MN to raise money to enrich the lives of those living with dementia and memory loss at both our Sartell and St. Joseph campuses. This family-friendly field-hunt is open to the general public, including the families and employees of Country Manor Campus. Participants must be 18 or older.

Donations to Memory Care will go toward new equipment and therapeutic resources for our tenants, including, but not limited to:

1. Sensory therapies to improve cognitive symptoms and ease communication
2. Vital signs devices for quick & accurate health assessments
3. Enhancements to common spaces, facilities, and amenities

We may not be able to retrieve what they've lost, but with your help we can work to preserve what they have left to give.
