UPDATE: Level III Sex Offender Found, Arrested

CLEARWATER - A Level III sex offender who had been missing has been found and arrested.

St. Cloud police say Dagan Lasart was arrested last (Thursday) night by BCA agents, with the help of the U.S. Marshal's Service, the State Patrol, and the Wright County Sheriff's Office.

Lasart was taken into custody without incident in Clearwater and booked into the Wright County Jail.

Lasart was recently left in the St. Cloud area, then failed to provide current information on his whereabouts to law enforcement.
