Second Community Notification Meeting for Level III Sex Offender

ST. CLOUD -- Another a community notification meeting has been scheduled for a level three sex offender who moved to St. Cloud at the end of January.

30-year-old Dagan Lasart has notified the St. Cloud Police Department he now lists his address as homeless and is in the St. Cloud area.

The meeting will be held Thursday at City Hall in the City Council chambers to notify the entire community. The meeting will also be broadcast on Charter Cable Channel 19. The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m.

Lasart has been convicted of entering a woman's home without permission and using a weapon to force sexual contact with the victim.
