WJON's "Kids Speak" program featured Jay Caldwell talking to Sauk Rapids-Rice freshmen this week. The freshmen talked about their hopes and dreams, answered some current events and touched on what they learned from their parents.
The Sauk Rapids-Rice Athletic/Activities Director Tom Conzemius has submitted an intent to retire on June 30, 2013 or at the end of this school year. The 59-year old Conzemius is in his 9th year at Athletic/Activities Director at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School.
A new study finds a surge in the number of Minnesota high school students taking classes worth college credit. The report is from the Center for School Change at Macalester College.
