Electricity has been restored to nearly all Otter Tail Power customers affected by the severe thunderstorms that blew through northwestern Minnesota early Friday.
East Central Energy has restored power to most of their customers. They say they still have about 350 members, mostly in Mille Lacs County, without power this (Tuesday) afternoon.
Hundreds of people in central Minnesota remain without power this (Monday) afternoon, after last night's thunderstorms. Stearns Electric says they still have about 330 customers with no electricity. Meanwhile, Xcel Energy says they have about 200 customers in the St. Cloud metro area that are still without power.

It could take through Monday for Xcel Energy crews to restore power to all the Central Minnesota homes and businesses that lost power in Friday's storm.
