St. Cloud State's Halenbeck Hall is the site for a boys basketball section final doubleheader Thursday night. Apollo plays 6th ranked Delano at 6pm tonight in the first game, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 5:50. Apollo is 16-12 while Delano is 25-3.

The Granite City Classic boys hockey tourmament or the St. Cloud Invite begins tonight at the MAC in St. Cloud. The 2 games scheduled for today are Sauk Rapids-Rice vs. Tech at 5:15 before Apollo plays Cathedral at 7:15. The tournament continues through Saturday.

Officials at Apollo High School are dealing with a case of tuberculosis. The school district released a statement saying a person at the school has been confirmed to have TB.

The school board has approved an agreement with the company the "Apollo Scoreboard Project" which will allow them to by new scoreboards and interior kiosks for the school, which will include space for ads.

The Apollo football field could soon be getting a new scoreboard. The school board will hear a plan tonight (Wednesday) from the "Apollo Scoreboard Project LLC".

Governor Mark Dayton made at a stop at Apollo High School in St. Cloud this morning and participated in a town-hall style meeting.

The high schools around the St. Cloud area are all hosting graduation ceremonies in the comings days. St. Cloud Apollo has their commencement at 7:30 p.m. tonight (Thursday) at the St. Cloud Civic Center. Seniors at St. Cloud Tech will get their diplomas tomorrow (Friday) at 7:30 p.m. also at the Civic Center.

The commencement ceremonies for Tech and Apollo high schools will be moving to the St. Cloud Civic Center this spring. The graduation ceremonies for both schools were originally scheduled to be held at St. Cloud State University's Hallenbeck Hall, but school officials recently found out that facility was no longer available.

Apollo won their Section 8AAA boys basketball game on Saturday. And Cathedral won their Section 5AA boys basketball game on Saturday. Both teams will be in action again next week.
