Silent Auction, Hog Roast To Benefit Treptau Family

Lisa Treptau has experienced more tragedy this year than anyone ever should. After losing both of her parents within a short period, her husband Jason fell into a coma after a work-related injury. Shortly after this, Lisa lost her son Casey in a car crash.

Now, Lisa's coworker Bruce Glanser says the community is rising to the occasion by hosting a hog roast and silent auction.

"Lots of people have donated baskets and furniture - Becker Furniture World even donated a leather couch. We have a lot of silent auction items coming."

The benefit is tomorrow from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church in Becker. Tickets may be bought at the door or in advance.
