St. Joe Police Chief Honored by Peers

ST. CLOUD - The St. Joseph police chief has been honored by the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association.  They have given Pete Jansky their highest recognition award -- the Richard W. Schaller Award.

The presentation was made last (Wednesday) night in St. Cloud at their annual convention.

He is being acknowledged for his career service in public safety, and for his statewide impact on the betterment of law enforcement officers. This is not an annual award, but only given out when a highly qualified nominee is submitted.
