One Person Hurt In Tractor Roll Over

STEARNS COUNTY — One person was taken to the hospital after a tractor roll over around 8:25 a.m. this morning (Thursday) at Vogt Dairy.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says the tractor was being operated by 59-year-old Randy Pieper of Melrose.

Pieper was operating the tractor at an incline on top of a large pile of hay when it became top heavy and rolled to its side.

He was inside of the cab at the time of the roll over. Pieper was taken to the Sauk Centre Hospital. The extent of his injuries are not known.

The Stearn’s County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the crash.
